1. Ordering & Personalization

How do I personalize my product?

On each product page, you will find a personalization tool or an “Upload Photo” button. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to upload your images or add custom text. Our professional design team will review and optimize your design to ensure high-quality printing.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, you may request a change or cancellation within one (1) hour of placing your order. After this time, the item enters production and can no longer be modified.

Is my photo quality good enough?

We recommend using high-resolution images for the best results. If our design team determines that your photo does not meet print-quality standards, we will contact you via email before proceeding with production.


2. Shipping & Delivery

Where is my order shipped from?

TeePrintfy operates production facilities in the United States and Vietnam. Orders are shipped from the location that provides the fastest and most efficient delivery based on your destination and product type.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Before shipping, each item goes through design verification and printing. Our production facilities are located in the United States and Vietnam.

  • Orders produced in the United States: 2 – 4 business days
  • Orders produced in Vietnam: 3 – 5 business days

    Total estimated delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

    How can I track my package?

    Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through our Check Order Status page or directly on the carrier’s website.


    3. Returns & Refunds

    What is your return policy?

    We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you do not need to return the item. Simply contact us for a full refund or a free replacement.

    What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

    If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or is damaged during transit, please email us at support@teeprintfy.com with clear photos of the issue. We will promptly send a replacement at no cost or issue a 100% refund.


    4. Payments & Security

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Shopify Payments, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

    Is my data safe on your website?

    Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmissions. Payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways. We never store your credit card information on our servers.

    How long do you keep my uploaded photos?

    Uploaded photos are securely stored for up to 14 days to ensure accurate order fulfillment. After this period, all images are permanently deleted from our system to protect your privacy.
