At TeePrintfy, all products are made-to-order. This means each item is custom printed specifically for you after your order is placed. This approach ensures premium quality while helping reduce unnecessary waste.

Please review the shipping and delivery information below to understand how your order is processed and shipped.


1. Business Hours & Order Processing Time

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time – EST).

Holidays

We do not process or ship orders on U.S. postal holidays, including:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Presidents’ Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas

Handling & Production Time

Before shipping, each item goes through design verification and printing. Our production facilities are located in the United States and Vietnam.

  • Orders produced in the United States: 2 – 4 business days
  • Orders produced in Vietnam: 3 – 5 business days

2. Shipping Time (Transit Time)

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time depends on the destination and the origin facility.

Total Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Please review the final shipping cost in your cart before completing your purchase.


4. Order Tracking

We understand the importance of tracking your order.

  • Tracking Number: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link.
  • Order Updates: Automated email notifications will be sent at key stages of the delivery process.

5. Delivery Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority.

  • Lost in Transit: If your order is not delivered within 30 business days from the purchase date, we will issue a 100% full refund to your original payment method.
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. TeePrintfy is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
