  • Your Content (Personalized Designs): By uploading photos or designs for personalization, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to that content or have obtained all necessary permissions. You grant TeePrintfy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and print your content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
  • Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing on trademarks or copyrights, or otherwise illegal.

3. Purchases and Billing

  • Payment: All prices are in USD. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method provided.
  • Accuracy of Billing: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
